Your airport shuttle reservation must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to your arrival and/or departure to the airport in Paris.

What are your office hours? What hours do you operate? Our office and phone lines operate 7 days a week from 6 am to 9 pm. Our vans generally operate 24/7.

45-60 minutes is the typical transfer time between CDG and Disneyland Paris or central Paris.
The transfer time between Orly Airport and Disneyland Paris or central Paris typically ranges from 45 to 60 minutes.
90-120 minutes for a transfer between Beauvais and Disney or Paris

Our driver will wait in front of the information desk, holding a board with your name. It would be best if you could provide us with your mobile number so that our driver can keep in touch with you during pickup.

Our driver will pick you up in the hotel lobby with a name sign.

A private transfer is a taxi or other vehicle reserved solely for your party. Private transfers will be waiting for you upon arrival at the destination airport and will take you directly to your destination without any stops en route.
A shuttle transfer is usually a shared bus or minivan, which sometimes involves waiting for other passengers to board and making stops at additional locations en route (maximum of 2) before reaching your drop-off point.

When you book a "private minivan X2," it means that you will receive either a van and a sedan car or two vans, depending on our availability at the time of your booking. This option is typically offered for groups of 9 to 12 people, ensuring ample space for all passengers and their luggage.

The driver will typically wait up to 60 minutes after your flight has landed. If you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection, or if youve lost luggage, please call your driver to ensure that they will wait for you. If you anticipate that you will take less time (e.g., only hand luggage), please advise us at the same time you book.

All airport pickups come with the flight tracking feature included. Our drivers utilize a mobile application that tracks all of our clients flights. If your flight is delayed, we will already be aware of it. So, even if your flight arrives late, your driver will still be there waiting for you.
